New online sourcing platform eporta, launched to over 200 guests from across the design community to herald London Design Festival week.

The launch took place at the Material Lab in London, featuring a Q&A session for members of design network Métiers Rendezvous. Guests were also given an opportunity to see how the eporta platform can streamline the sourcing and buying process. The evening also provided an opportunity to meet with product designers, artisans and brands already available through eporta and exhibiting during LDF.

“The reason eporta exists is to help trade buyers and product designers and brands connect and do business together online,” says CEO Aneeqa Khan. “We wanted to put on an event that represented what we do and it was wonderful to see the enthusiasm in the room for how we are helping our community connect and streamline their business admin.”

The members-only eporta platform is a B2B marketplace which sets out to solve many of the daily issues faced by buyers, such as dealing with multiple suppliers and business transactions, as well as tracking individual orders, deliveries and payments.
