Crestron

Fulham based integrator Pro Install AV was challenged with the task of kitting up a family home in Croydon, Greater London, with intelligent AV technology without disrupting the interior design that its owners had lovingly planned. The client was looking to create their ultimate modern home complete with a state of the art technology solution but it also needed to be easy to use. Pro Install AV recommended Crestron technology to cater for all the needs.

Sajid Qureshi, Director at Pro Install AV comments: “Our objective was to make the home automation work in harmony with the stunning modern interior, and also to make the system as easy and user friendly as possible for our client. With Crestron, we were confident that the system would be unobtrusive despite its technical strength, and work seamlessly with the interior design. The interface is also very smooth and simple for the homeowner to use.”

The stunning new build home was transformed with a music and video distribution system, wired and wireless data infrastructure, full lighting design programme and integrated security system, all controlled by easy-to-use interfaces on the homeowner’s iPads, iPhones and wall mounted Crestron touch panels.

With the flexibility of mobile devices the home owner is able to control the home from anywhere within it or, for peace of mind, anywhere away from the home, from turning music on and off, changing light settings to checking the CCTV cameras. For example, the family can check the security system while on holiday, or turn on the heating as they leave work, or even choose their favourite track for when they step through the door, meaning they are greeted by a warm, welcoming home when they return using Crestron lifestyle technology.

When leaving the property, the family have the control at their fingertips and can simply press a button on the entrance hall keypad in order to turn off all non-essential services, such as the lighting and AV. This ensures there is no wasted energy from lights, TV’s and music systems when the home is unoccupied. The keypad used is Crestron’s Cameo® International Keypad (C2NI-CB) which offers a fresh, innovative concept in keypad design, and can be customised to fit the interior design of any room in the house, with different colours, textures and button configurations available.

This impressive property boasts CCTV and door entry security, a home cinema, intelligent lighting control, motorised blinds, multi room audio throughout and multi room video, all made possible by the use of sophisticated Crestron home automation.

Before construction of our house, we should make a perfect plan of things such as; interior, exterior, and flooring. Apart from that, we should also use technologies to secure our home which includes home security alarms, digital voice locking systems and many others. Here we can get all types of digital equipment through which we are able to secure and design our home. Thanks for providing such beautiful information. http://ace-surfaces.com/playground-floor-underwater-splash-pad-surfacing/
